Mr. Pradip Shah is presently the Chairman of Indasia Fund Advisors Pvt. Ltd. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. He is a qualified Cost Accountant and ranked first in India in the Chartered Accountancy examinations. He helped establish the Indocean Fund in 1994 in association with affiliates of Chase Capital Partners and Soros Fund Management and set up IndAsia, a corporate finance and private equity advisory business in April 1998. Mr. Pradip Shah is the Founder & Ex-Managing Director of CRISIL, India’s first and the largest credit rating agency. He is currently Chairman of Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates, Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Haribhakti actively promotes “shared value” creation and a green environment through his own enterprise, and his leadership roles as Chairman of the CSR committees of some of the Boards that he serves on. He has successfully established the concept of “Innovate to Zero” and technology enabling CSR which is in alignment with the idea of making the impact of every intervention focused, widespread, co- operative and far-reaching.

Mr. Gautam Doshi is a veteran Chartered Accountant with a master’s degree in Commerce. He has been in professional practice for over 40 years. He advises various industrial groups & families and also serves as director on the boards of public listed and unlisted companies. Mr. Doshi has more than 40 years of experience in a wide range of areas covering Mergers and Acquisitions, Direct, Indirect and International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Accounting and Corporate and Commercial Laws. He has been actively involved in conceptualizing and implementing a number of mergers and restructuring transactions both domestic and cross border, involving many of the top 20 listed companies on the BSE as also those forming part of FTSE 100. A prolific speaker, Mr. Doshi has addressed several seminars and conferences within and outside of India, and courses organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, International Fiscal Association, other professional bodies and Chambers of Commerce.

Mr. Harish Mehta has founded, led, grown, and mentored Onward across two generations as MD & Chairman. Having co-founded NASSCOM, he is credited for being the driving force behind galvanizing the Indian IT industry. Mr. Mehta is the award-winning author of 2022’s National Bestseller, The Maverick Effect. He is also credited with having introduced The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) to India.
