Mrs. Amisha Vora is one of the leading women entrepreneurs in India’s financial services sector. She is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and an equity market expert by profession, with an experience spanning over 35 years.Amisha owns and runs the PL Group, which is one of the most respected financial services organisations in India. Her association with this financial services powerhouse began in 2000 as the VP-FII Sales. In 2006, she achieved her first milestone by becoming the Joint Managing Director of the PL Group, and also acquired a 24% equity stake. Since then, she has risen the ranks to become the Chairperson and Managing Director, and now holds 96% stake in the PL Group.

Mrs. Purvi Sheth, CEO of Shilputsi India, has worked with the firm for over 17 years and has several accolades to her credit. She has Executive and business responsibility for all business practices and long-term growth of Shilputsi Consultants. She is an Expert in the strategic HR management & talent transformation space with in-depth knowledge of best practices in human resource and organizational development processes.Her experience allows her to coach Board management, Business leaders and HR leaders on strategic HR solutions that are congruent with business goals. Her vast network in India and abroad allow her to provide appropriate benchmarks and points of reference to clients. Having handled board level and top management searches for Fortune 500 companies, she is a Mentor to senior and top management leaders across industries.

She is a Strategy and Leadership CPD holder from Wharton Business School, USA. She is also trained in Writing & Journalism from Xavier School of Communication. Mr. Pradip Shah is presently the Chairman of Indasia Fund Advisors Pvt. Ltd. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. He is a qualified Cost Accountant and ranked first in India in the Chartered Accountancy examinations. He helped establish the Indocean Fund in 1994 in association with affiliates of Chase Capital Partners and Soros Fund Management and set up IndAsia, a corporate finance and private equity advisory business in April 1998. Mr. Shah has also served as a consultant to USAID, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.

Mr. Pradip Shah is the Founder & Ex-Managing Director of CRISIL, India’s first and the largest credit rating agency. Prior to founding CRISIL, Mr. Pradip Shah assisted in founding the Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) in 1977. Mr. Shah has also served as a consultant to USAID, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Mr. Shah is a Director on the Board of several reputed companies. He is also amember ofvarious prestigious committees/commissions.

He has written articles and given talks in India and in Amsterdam, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Shanghai, Bali, Colombo, Tel Aviv, London, Washington, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Boston, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney on credit rating, housing finance, capital markets, venture capital and other subjects.

Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti is a Chartered and Cost Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor, Financial Planner & Fraud Examiner. He has been conferred with the Global Competent Boards Designation (GCB.D) by Competent Boards Inc. His career spans over four decades. He is currently Chairman of Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates, Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Haribhakti actively promotes “shared value” creation and a green environment through his own enterprise, and his leadership roles as Chairman of the CSR committees of some of the Boards that he serves on. He has successfully established the concept of “Innovate to Zero” and technology enabling CSR which is in alignment with the idea of making the impact of every intervention focused, widespread, co- operative and far-reaching.

Mr. Haribhakti has a passion for teaching, writing and public speaking. He was associated with the Indian Institute of Management (IIMA) as visiting faculty from 1981-83. He frequently contributes his views on public forums, to the press and to the electronic media. He is active on all social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and You tube.

Mr. Gautam Doshi is a veteran Chartered Accountant with a master’s degree in Commerce. He has been in professional practice for over 40 years. He advises various industrial groups & families and also serves as director on the boards of public listed and unlisted companies. Mr. Doshi has more than 40 years of experience in a wide range of areas covering Mergers and Acquisitions, Direct, Indirect and International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Accounting and Corporate and Commercial Laws. He has been actively involved in conceptualizing and implementing a number of mergers and restructuring transactions both domestic and cross border, involving many of the top 20 listed companies on the BSE as also those forming part of FTSE 100. A prolific speaker, Mr. Doshi has addressed several seminars and conferences within and outside of India, and courses organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, International Fiscal Association, other professional bodies and Chambers of Commerce.

Mr. Harish Mehta has founded, led, grown, and mentored Onward across two generations as MD & Chairman. Having co-founded NASSCOM, he is credited for being the driving force behind galvanizing the Indian IT industry. Mr. Mehta is the award-winning author of 2022’s National Bestseller, The Maverick Effect. He is also credited with having introduced The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) to India.

He has been honoured with multiple Lifetime Achievement Awards, by Deccan Herald (2004), IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2018) and DataQuest ICT Business Awards (2023) for his contributions to the Indian IT industry. In recognition of his role in propagating the development of the IT industry for the past 25 years, he has also been honoured by India’s Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi. On an academic note, Mr. Harish Mehta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, New York (USA).

Mr. Ravi Doshi, is the Director of Oswal Industries Limited. He holds an MBA (International Business) degree from London Metropolitan University, Certificate Course from Kiel University-Germany and Business English Certification from University of Cambridge. He can understand & speak German, Spanish & Italian. He has more than 18 years of experience in the field of Marketing serving the Oil & gas & Energy Sector Globally. He is responsible for increasing exports of our company and acquisition of overseas clients.

His Business Development & Marketing abilities has helped, the Group set up several subsidiaries, including Oswal Infra – an EPC company, Metal Forge India – a spools, pipes, fittings and flanges company and Nimba, which’is today one of the Largest Naturopathy Centers in India. Mr Doshi as also been looking at global acquisitions and technology partnership and has visited or been visited by almost all the Global Leaders in the Gas & Energy Sector.

Mr. Vikash Mittersain is the Chairman and Managing Director of Nazara Technologies Limited. He has been associated as Director of the Company since its incorporation. He holds a diploma in industrial electronics from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. He has several years of experience in multiple business sectors. Nazara Technologies is a leading India based diversified gaming and sports media platform with a presence in India and across emerging and developed global markets such as Africa and North America, with offerings across the interactive gaming, eSports, ad-tech and gamified early learning ecosystems.
